Hi Guys,
After repaste and reapplying thermal pads. The temp of my 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra running Furmark for over 10mins was:
GPU temp: 68-69C stable
Hot Spot: Around 80-81C stable
Memory Temp 60-61C stable
Fan speed on auto at: 78%
Beside that when i first used 2mm pads for memory and the memory temp at that time were 70-71C with HOT Spot 77-78C
After replacing them with 2.5mm pads the memory temp were as above.
Not to mention i reapplying the thermal pads for VRMs with 2mm pads for 2 situations above. I think that the correct dimension VRMs should be 2.25mm.
So my point is, Is this temp normal for 3090 Ti FTW3 Ultra ? Cause i bought this card 2nd and the thermal paste almost dried out when i buy it.

The thermal paste wasn’t dried out when you bought it. The thermal paste from the factory is meant to be like that, it isn’t wet like thermal pastes you buy on the market. It is actually a very good thermal paste and has shown that it works quite well. The thermal pads are an odd size for sure. The pads evga use are very soft.
Your temps are pretty good.

If you are having trouble with contact, register your GPU, then contact support and see if they can sell you a new set of pads so you can have the correct contact.

Okay. Will try to see if the cooling chamber contacted the VRM. Kind of hard to see with bare eyes

Temp on mine while gaming with about 70% fan if it goes above 60c is just over 50c but I do have a artic freezer 2 420 mm aio with two of the three noctua 140mm 3000 rpm fans cooling the card on about 50%fan.

Yah i used the GPU-Z and saw the VRM temps kind of high. About 80c when i stress test the card for 10 minutes.
