As seen on photo , everything turns on. Expect my graphic card .. the minute I plug in the power connectors to the graphic card. It won’t start. Only have had the card for 4 months. It would turn off randomly. This time it looks like it’s forever.

Only 3 led lights turn on when disconnected. When I plug the connectors to the gpu, the lights are off , Plus my fans won’t turn on or nothing. But if I leave the gpu disconnected. ( Thoose 3 ports ) and turn on the pc everything comes back to life.

Yes 3 red lights , when the power supply for the gpu is disconnected.

The reason for me disconnecting the power plug to my gpu is to trouble shoot my pc parts. At first I thought my motherboard was the issue. But I noticed, my motherboard would light up. When the gpu is connected only the mother board lights up and ram. All other components such as fans and cpu cooler do not light up... I’m trying to upload a picture threw my phone but it’s not loading.

When gpu not connected to power supply look, Everything else turns on.

If the computer won't turn on, and the GPU won't light up, the card is dead.
This happened to my 2nd 3090 FTW3. My first one had a red light PSU. My 3rd card crashed in light usage games at stock clocks.
About to receive my 4th 3090 FTW3.

Bro this is messed up seriously , obviously they should extend your warranty or next gen graphic card give you a discount because paying almost 2 grand and going threw this hassle is not pleasuring. My card kept turning off randomly when playing games at 4K. Like tomb raider , Call of duty , Apex... with fans operating at 90 percent .. So these cards have big defects then, wow.... Bro what do I have to do now call Evga... ?

Agreed. I'm using my 3090 FTW3 with undervoltage since it's arrived. This situation is really terrible. I'm lurking in the forums in the hope of a new bios that addresses this problem. I live outside US or EU and if I need to rma it will be a real pita. :(

My 3090 FTW3 Ultra died on me Thursday evening, very glad I purchased the Advanced RMA when I bought the card from EVGA. I purchased the card from EVGA in Nov 2020. RMA is already approved and waiting shipment, it will be shipping NDA so hoping it will get out on Monday. It says 1-3 business days.
RMA process was quite painless and pleasant, I was very pleased with that aspect of this. Big Kudos to EVGA support on this.
Just hoping my replacement will be good and no further issues. As I am retired I do a lot of gaming so kind of having some withdrawals here lol.

giving praise for charging its customers for shipping on defective cards is more than i willing to give.there is clearly something amiss on the 3090s and they are passing the cost onto us the consumer,its just wrong.

I am not being charged anything for shipping - however I did purchase the advanced RMA with the next day air option when I registered the card - so in a way yeah I guess. But I am glad I did. Gets me a card quickly and 14 days to return the defective card. And the experience whilst on the phone with EVGA was top notch.

at this point im going to say anything under a 3090 FTLOSS3 is a upgrade the 3090 seems to be the trash of EVGA,
