What is the latest serial numbers for the 3090 ftw3 ultra? There isn't one central thread for referncing all the different serial numbers and pcb version... I've been seeing people mention back lip card, rev. 1, etc....

What serial, rev. #, or whatever is EVGA sending out now as "the end all, fix all issues" card?

I have this exact card and I'm kind worried that it will stop working at some point.

Serial numbers aren't part of the fix, a new voltage controller on the 1.0 revision of the 3090 FTW3 is (0.1 rev is the original).

Where do you check to see if you have 0.1 revision or the 1.0 revision?

It should be near the PCIE fingers on the card.

Usually you can use serial numbers to cross reference things like this. Like REV 1.0 started with serial number X and later. I can check my S/N without removing my card.

EVGA doesn't give out serial numbers (and you shouldn't post yours), but you can always call and ask if you don't want to take the card out and look at it: https://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

So if I'm reading this correctly, I simply send an email to the 3090oc address, and get my Rev 0.1 card replaced? It doesn't have to be dead to do so?

Send them a screenshot of gpuz in the sensor tabs showing the off balance and high usage of the pcie slot power while running a benchmark such as port royal.

Looks like mine may be one of the ones with the bad controller. 76.2w showing on the PCIE power 12v. Add in the ~8w for the 3v, and it's pushing 84w.  Am I understanding that correctly?

I have a 3090 ftw3 ultra rev: 0.1 card. I'm trying to understand the issue with the voltage controller. Is it pulling to much power from the pcie slot? Does it need to be in the OC bios?

    Case Labs TH10, Rampage IV Extreme, Core i7 4930k @ 4.6ghz, 16gb Corsair Dominator GT @2133, 2x GTX 780Ti SC 3gb, Sound Blaster Zx, Corsair AX1200, Aquaero 5 Pro
