3080 XC3 or FTW3 GPU bracket

Hello all lucky ones who have one on their hands!
 
I am patiently waiting for my email with the purchase link. Meanwhile, I see a picture on the product pages for the XC3 and FTW3 (and variants) of the 3080s of what appears to be a support bracket.
 
Is it true?  Can someone show a picture of it installed? Is it effective? I have no idea on how it should be mounted..

    The sag bracket goes on the end of the card and will only work if the case is designed to have it attached. If you're trying to visualize, the two empty holes in your picture will be facing the front of your case and screw in if there is room. It's not really compatible for most people.

    Hmm.. I have an O11D-XL Nothing to screw there on the front. Oh well, thank you 😊

    So why include a bracket that is made for system integrators when every case on the market can’t use it? Pretty redundant when that extra bracket could have been better fabricated...

    Would've love an EVGA sticker instead like they did on older models. All I got was a bracked and a pamphlet with my XC3. My 980 and 1080 had posters and stickers and cables and all sorts of stuff and they were not ti versions.

    This bracket honestly does not apply to most users and yes they do have a EVGA sticker inside
