I got a EVGA 3070xc3ultra through the Newegg shuffle ,awesome card but will use the step up to get a 3080.

I don't think 3070 is a good card; 3060ti is similar and cheaper; 3070 is more "foundable" on the market

I picked up a different 3070 yesterday! However I'm still hopeful for a 70ti. My wife's computer will get the 70 and I'll sell off our 1660S/50S :)
