94.04.3A.40.5E, which is what got installed on my card after using precision 1, has a 10 watt lower power limit of 260 from the 270 of the previous BIOS. 
 
Is there a way you guys can fix this?
 
edit: nevermind saw in another thread that they are already aware of this. sorry.
