3070 FTW3 Ultra red leds blink once upon startup

As the title says, my 3070 ftw3 ultra's 3 red led lights above the pci-e connectors blink once when I turn on the system or when i wake it from sleep.  I'm not sure if it was this way from the start or if it just happened recently.  I only noticed it today but I'm not sure if it did it before.  It would just blink once upon startup and stays off the whole time that the system is powered on.  I've had the card for around 3 weeks. No problems with it so far, it runs great in fact. Even the thermals are fantastic. Is this blinking once thing normal? Thank you!

    Yes it is normal to blink on boot up.

    I have that too 3 leds blink in less then second and gone. This also happend on 2080ti. No need to worry
