Which of these GPUs is superior?  My son has the 2070 Super and we just lucked out and our position came up in the queue and we bought the 3060 Ti XC Gaming.  From what I call tell online the 3060 might be slightly better but I am hoping the community could give me better perspective on why the 3060 is better and we should go with that and sell the 2070 Super.

Slightly better? The RTX 3060 Ti is almost as fast as a RTX 2080 Ti. It's far better than a RTX 2070 Super in virtually every way.

So those links are using the Founders Edition.  Would there not be a difference in the P/N's I listed.  EVGA 3060 Ti XC Gaming seems to be less powerful then the Founders Edition 3060 Ti, or am I completely off and they are exactly the same?

Not sure why you would think that. Both the founder edition and the EVGA XC model both have the same 200w power target with a 220w max board power. The EVGA card has a slightly higher rated boost clock of 1710Mhz vs 1665Mhz on the founders. Doesn't really matter though both will run circles around a RTX 2070 Super with ease.

I don't think anything, that's why I posted the questions here.  I'm not a gamer but rather a radar technician.  I think with your insight I can safely say the 3060 Ti is the one to keep and selling the 2070 Super XC Ultra is the way to go.  Based on the prices online it seems the 2070 Super is still in decent demand.  Of course it's a really good GPU, and my son has been happy with it, so hopefully someone else can enjoy it.

Yes, that's the wise thing to do. Keep the 3060 Ti and sell the RTX 2070 Super. The 2070 Super is still a fine card and will perform well for at least a couple more years, it's just the 3060 Ti is much faster.

3060 Ti is installed and I don't see where it's way better than the 2070 Super XC Ultra. At least not from an FPS perspective in Destiny and Rust. Maybe only slightly better but barely noticable. Not sure how I could tell this GPU is way better. Maybe strict benchmarking would indicate this but it doesn't seem much different in actual game play. At least not from what I observed watching my son play using the 2070 vs. 3060 Ti. He's running a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and 16 Gb of Corsair RAM. Not sure if either of those would be bottle necks. I'm going to try and use MSI Afterburner and Riva to check CPU and memory load during his gaming. In any case, the games play wonderfully at 80+ FPS in general. This is with all settings maxed.
