So I'm seeing the following in the spreadsheet:
3060 Ti FTW3 Gaming 3665 12/08/2020 13:01:00 (launch drop)
My spot in the queue is 12/8/2020 15:46:18
Based on the size of the initial drop, is it within the realm of possibility that a drop next week will be large enough that I can at least get this ordered (if not delivered) by Christmas as this is a present for my son (he turns 15 right before Christmas, so this is a double-gift)?

No worries; happy to opine. I do think the next drop will move the needle for the 3665 again pretty dramatically (relatively speaking to other launch day queues), but another 2:33 or so to get to you...on the launch day as word is starting to spread about the new sku...not sure. I do think you have a chance, but I would keep exercising your F5 finger in the meantime. Also, who knows when the next 3665 drop will occur (I get a sense that there is sometimes a lull between the launch drop and the next drop (Ultras and some Hybrids excluded). I really want to hear from you that you find a card before 12/25. I wish you all the best in your hunt. Good luck!!!

I can guarantee you that the first drop was greater in volume than 28 cards. Please do not view the ordinal positions in the spreadsheets as providing any close proximity to — or semblance of — reality re how many folks have signed up for that card. In my opinion, focus on the timeline: says, hours, minutes, seconds. “They aren’t making any new ones of those...” and you’re less likely to be surprised or disappointed. Best of luck!

I do wish that they would show us our true queue position or something. There are probably reasons why they wouldn't but I don't know them obviously lol.

No, we do not. That is why -- and apologies for those that heard me say this before -- I continue to believe that the spreadsheets are misleading folks by including ordinal positions for open-ended queues. I encourage folks to focus on their individual timestamps (found (North America) here: https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp or (EU) here: https://eu.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp) vis-a-vis the head of the applicable queue...there are not hidden minutes that a spreadsheet cannot account for that are waiting to upset your expectations. If you are going to look at the spreadsheet...please consider, for your own good, averting your eyes from the current position column (or whatever it is called these days).

I'm number 29 on the list (12/8/2020 2:50:06 PM PT) . We know not everybody on the queue signed up for the spreadsheet, but I think it's looking better for us than the 3667. It's been a few days and the list has not grown very much, the 3667 I was number 400 and then after a couple days I was around 800. I've only moved down a few spots on the 3665 list, and we see people that signed up at 1:24 pm getting their card, I'd be happy to get something in a few weeks as the other list will take me several months (or more).

I managed a large industrial company where we had ran out of stock, but we knew why and roughly how long it would take to remedy.
Now our products were not in nearly as high demand, nor were they made of exotic materials such as electronics are, so apples to oranges, but that is what makes me curious.
I'm interested in the differences in the supply chain of high end electronics vs my experience in a different industry, which happened to be Archery manufacturing.

So I am pretty close on the 3665(#2 last time i checked) but about 70 on 3667. I know its about a 90 or so mhz difference. Would that be made up by manual OC no matter what or are the 3667 likely to be better binned as well? Is it worth waiting for the ultra vs. the gaming? Just trying to weigh options. Thanks!

If overcloaking is super important to you you should wait but otherwise you'll barely see a difference between the two cards

TL;DR Supply chains for a lot of products are broken or struggling. I work in the car battery business and the supply chain for that has been struggling since April. The factory was closed for a few weeks in March and the supplier got behind 3 million batteries and still can't get caught up. Skyrocketing demand combined with decreased manufacturing output created a perfect storm that dug a hole that is really difficult to get out of. My company had a 50%-100% increase in sales for 5 months straight and our supplier just couldn't keep up. Two weeks ago we ran out of the best selling group size, the product was actually finished but needed to ship from the U.S. east to west coast, and it still hasn't shipped as of Friday. We managed to get some from another warehouse but this is the kind of stuff I've been dealing with for the last 8 months, and it's not going to get better for at least 6 more months. Another issue was getting people to come back to work, if you are making more money on unemployment why come back to work and risk getting covid. You also had elective surgeries delayed and once people did come back to work you had a lot of absences. When you have a factory that employs 10,000 people there will always be a certain amount out of work for various reasons, have all those people delay elective medical procedures for several months that will make you short handed at some point. I went from never being out of product for the last 10 years to literally being out of something everyday for the last 8 months. The scary thing is the busiest time of year is winter and that's just starting, if we get a huge cold snap on the eastern half of the U.S. then it will be even worse than it was earlier in the year.

Any word on the 08G-P5-3663-KR ? .. 10-15 cards from the manufacturer for first initial release seems pitiful. I'd think EVGA would of saved a ton more stock for their loyal customers and not bots for retail stores. cough...(BB+NE) I'm just upset that I can't find this card anywhere. I guess with the COVID pandemic and it being Christmas I'm setting my expectations too high.

This ^. Please stop viewing the spreadsheets as anything other than an incomplete data set and please stop looking at the ordinal numbers or your "position" in the queue. That can only lead to frustration.

I picked up my 3060 Ti FE from Best Buy Saturday (ordered 12/8, ready 12/11, good on them). I removed myself from the XC queue, but expect the queues to be held up by others who've gotten what they wanted elsewhere and haven't removed themselves from them. For those less willing to wait, maybe 'cause they know unless they look elsewhere, it'll be months before their turn, Best Buy is the best bet, maybe unless there's a Micro Center nearby, but ppl have been lining up at them 3 hours before opening. Even then, no one knows what's coming in on any day, not ideal when looking for good price/perf. ratio as is best in FE models. Whenever BB drop Ampere and RDNA2, they release different models in intervals between 10 AM and 11 AM EST. A stock notifier is mostly helpful for knowing when it begins, but from thereon focus on manually refreshing the page for the desired model. The FE and partner cards go from being labeled OOS to "Please see details". The most recent two drops coincided with the releases of the 3060 Ti and 6900 XT. IIRC there was only one in November, still few and far between, but reliable if one's alerted in a minute or few when they start.
For the issue of no stores being available for pickup within 250 miles, I believe that's not a bug but due to not selecting a location quickly enough and finishing checkout. The entire process must be completed before it's locked in. We all know not getting one of these GPU can be frustrating, but these are quintessential "first world problems."

They will...but we don't have any idea as to when.
