I just receive my RTX 3060 Ti FTW3 ULTRA GAMING. I had an EVGA 1060 SSC GAMING and it was working well.
The GPU is not detected by my computer, I think I plug it well. The EVGA logo is RGB running but not the fans.
It's undetected in bios, or in windows. I can't install the drivers. 
 
My motherboard is a Z97PC MATE, I search on google and it seems that "Z series" have a lot of problems with RTX 30. May-be not.
WINDOWS 10 64x
 
Is the card dead ? I'll try tomorrow into a friend computer but I would like your opinion before.
