Helpful Reply2nd Rma ups shipping label?

I'm so frustrated right I'm pulling my hair... its been more then 24 hours and I'm waiting on the shipping label from ups that evga sent...looked at spam folder all over flipped it upside down nothing. I would suggest or hope evga starts sending them directly from evga and not ups in the future if possible. I have seen this problem on other forums for some weird reason the ups system is not sending them? its taken much longer.. and the longer i wait to ship the card  the longer it takes to get back a working card back... I use it for both gaming and some work...customer service has always been great just a little  frustrated by the process the rma department did a great job sending my first one...it was for gtx2080Ti black. unfortunately that one was overheating.
