Hi, I just received my new 2080TI black part 11G-P4-2281-KR. I was looking around on the forums and it seems there was nothing pertaining to this model of card. The LED was blue when i got it, then I installed the X1 software version 0.3.11 and the LED stopped working entirely. Now when I try to open the X1 program a window called "flash tool" opens and wants me to close all 3D applications and start a firmware update. The box just sits there for about 30 seconds, makes no progress at all and tells me the update failed. If I close it I can get into the X1 software fine, but the LED control doesn't work in there. I have Nvidia driver 417.71, and Windows 10 64 bit. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Yeah I have, but none of those links are valid anymore and they aren't for my model of card unfortunately.

Try this... #1 Shutdown your pc. #2 Unplug psu from wall. #3 Press & hold tower power on button for 30 seconds. #4 Plug psu back into wall. #5 Start pc. #6 Start PX1. PX1 should update the mcu's on the card with new firmware that should resolve the problem.

I tried both of these solutions to no avail. The Update worked fine, and i restarted and tried again but no luck. Also same result after doing those power steps. Edit: I've also tried reinstalling X1, and using 0.3.10, and 0.3.9

@ bloodshot5, Are you using two separate PCIe Power Cables if not power down and add a second one. If you have PX1 startup with the OS uncheck it in the Settings and then click Apply and then Save and then Exit PX1 and restart your computer. After the Desktop comes up startup PX1. After PX1 comes up click on the LED Tab at the Top and do you see the Colored Box at the Bottom as shown below? This is what I see if I Do Not have PX1 Start With the OS. Or this? This is what I get if I have PX1 Start With the OS.

Yeah, i'm using both power cables. I don't have X1 starting with windows, but I went ahead and toggled that on, rebooted, then turned it off again and rebooted once more. Both times it looked like #1. I've uploaded a picture to my original post for verification.

I also have this issue. I am using a hybrid kit for my card, but am unable to change the led it is always white no matter what I try to change in X1. I also cannot install any update for mcu,it never comes up when launching x1. I also cannot over clock my card at all using x1, it just stays at 1350mhz when i run a scan. So far not a great experience.

Same issue here. I just bought the 2080Ti Black Edition 11G-P4-2281-KR and was blue solid LED then installed X1 and asked for a firmware update then i tried and failed then no more RGB.
