i was wondering how do i control the extra pwm header on the pcb? Is voltage regulation of the header possible? If so, how?
 
My plan is to connect a pwm to female mini gpu cable to the fan header on the card or the pwm fan cable of the hybrid kit itself and control the pump of an EVGA Hybrid Kit with it.
 
Is it possible to drop the voltage of the header or the hybrid kit fan cable to slow down the pump unit?
