error code 43 when USB not recognised
 
After searching on Google, I tried every method.
 
I also tried a clean install of Windows.
 
Other ports work fine
However, only the USB-C 3.2 gen2x2 port does not work.

    I assume you reloaded the motherboard chipset drivers. In the device manager do you see anything that doesn't look right?

    Have you tried another USB-C device in the port on the kingpin to see if it's Kingpin card or the device itself not working with the Kingpin card.

    Make sure you have loaded all of the drivers:

    1. Among all USB ports, only USB-C port is not recognized.
    2. When connecting the mobile phone to the USB-C port, it is charged, but a ringing sound is heard and an error message appears in Windows (code 43).
    3.Same phenomenon as number 2 when connected to a USB hub.
    4.Same symptom after clean installation of Windows
    5.Same symptom after installing all drivers
    6.I tried installing bios 1.13~15 (same symptom)
    7.All of these cases only occur until this morning.
    8. Now the USB is not recognized and nothing happens.
    9. Only charges when connected to a mobile phone
    10. A similar phenomenon occurred with the z690 a few months ago and I received an RMA (but the phone wasn't even charging at the time).
