anything else tweaked other than 4way SLI support? If that's all that changed, no reason for me to bother

So if we are not running 4way, should we download this? nividia's site still suggests .41 .

Is there anything else added to these for performance improvements? And when I search on Nvidia's site they don't exist. Think I'll just wait for the 256 drivers.

I am absolutely sure that you will be absolutely fine if you don't try to make absolute truth your absolute goal, or make another absolute out of an absolute truth, because making an absolute out of an absolute is absolutely rediculous you know.

@ hombredelassrtas I see you have 850 for your 480 core. Mine is at 860, but after a few hours I get artifacts. Are you saying your 850 is perfectly stable doing an artifact scan and never crashes? I'm SLI so maybe that makes it worse for me. I use ATI Tool because I have not registered my product to get the EVGA Scanner yet.

it was 850 on vantage and i did not visually see any artifacts but i have yet to do a scan. i was more interested in what would happen when evga did voltage BTW: HOG54 YOU ARE MY HERO!! ;) it worked. man needs blue ribbon or something. Now i can run my passive 7200 to run my 2 side screens which dropped my 480's idle temp at min fan from 70-44 as it nolonger is controlling dual screens and i get my 3rd screen back!. woot!

i always use driversweep to make sure. Also i saw 0 increase in vantage score with this. it must either be a bug in 06 or something was different in his run (temp, other programs off or something)

Installed the drivers, and ran Vantage to see if it would make a difference with two 480 SC's. GPU only score before update was 31642, and after the new driver update is 31830, so that's a far cry from 1,000 more points, but it *is* headed in the right direction. Both runs were done within 15 minutes of each other, and with fans running at 100%. GPU temps stayed the same between both runs with a max temp of 74C on GPU1, which is always hotter from running both monitors.

I think Precision is broken on these. It only monitors GPU temps. I checked the EVGA Precision configuration menu and everything is selected as well as onscreen display. ****

Single 470, quick tests Vantage Extreme 197.41: X8269 195.55: X8245 Heaven 2.0, 16xAF Extreme Tess 197.41: 954 195.55: 955 So I'd say they're exactly the same with quad SLI enabled.

I reinstalled Vantage and the drivers again and managed to get to the biplane test, that is when vantage crashed and said something about a PHYSX component missing. Makes me wonder if the drivers might not yet be 100% 4 Way SLI ready. It's a shame... Judging by some of the FPS I think the score would have been a killer! :) On a side note I think my system is limping along and have an RMA for a new 4 way SLI in process. My board won't clock past 25x (tried two different Extreme processors). Also the heat is just nuts with 4 Way SLI in vantage. The back of the case is hot enought to almost burn your hand :). Might be time to invest in water cooling.

stevemr2t Judging by some of the FPS I think the score would have been a killer! :) I wouldn't count on it. Those tests only used about 5x% of 1 480 each time I run the test. The other 480 I have just sits idle. Vantage or the drivers might preclude full use of the hardware in the system for PhysX processing.
