Intermittent rattling sound from GTX 780 ACX SC

So one of my GTX 780 ACX SC (I have them on SLI) cards have started making a rattling sound about every 2-5 mins for a few seconds. The sound is coming from one of its fans. It is getting very annoying and I am worried that it is just going to get worse. I tried changing slots between the cards but still happens. I have confirmed it is the this particular card making the sound as the sound stops if I take the card out.
 
What do you guys recommend? I am bummed cause this is a great card which boosts to 1137 Mhz without OC and has an ASIC of 91%... Sad if I have to RMA...

    Most likely some loose heat fins, It seems to be very common. My own 780 Classified has it. You will need to take the ACX cooler off and check which fins are loose; and use electrical tape to stop them vibrating.

    If the card is working fine, there should be no need to RMA. :)

    So, I will be RMA'ing my card :-(. I've never needed to RMA anything before so I feel a bit uneasy about it. I had a GTX 460 for about 3 years with no problems. Bought the ACX version partly because of the advertised fan lifespan, but I guess it did not work for me. Hopefully, I'll get a great card through the RMA process.
