gtx 960 ssc 4gb crashing to blue screen

Just did a new build with the 960ssc and i am crashing to blue screen, only while playing cities skylines at medium settings and also crashing on star craft 2. I dont have a much computer experience so simple answers would be great lol. I am up to date on all my drivers and have no idea where to go next. Any advice would be awesome
I am running with 
i5 4690k
ASRock h97 anniversary
8g ram
gtx 960 ssc 4gb

    What PSU model and make are you using?
     
    What are GPU temperatures at idle and under load? (You can use EVGA Precision X for this)

    i am using a cool master 900 watt and i am running at 25 c at windows screen and about 45 to 50 during gaming that ive seen

    Install the drivers from NVIDIA again but this time choose the custom install option and choose clean install. Make sure your BIOs for the motherboard is current and reinstall the motherboard chipset drivers.

    what are the chip set drivers? my bios is up to date, should i redownload the disc that came with my mb and reinstall the new drivers then?

    Never use the disc. The drivers are always older. When doing a clean install with new build. Always download the drivers directly from manufacturer website. They will be the latest.

    So you're crashing to a bsod? If yes, what is the stop code (bug check code)?

    Need more info than the event id #. What is the BSOD description and STOP code you are receiving?
