can anyone advise me my gtx 1070 ftw samsung mem model runs perfect when bios is set to master what i`ve found if i change to slave mode some programs crash i.e 3d-mark ? nothing overclocked any advice tried a clean istall gpu drivers win 10 64 bit all up to date etc thankyou for advice

    Sounds like the slave vbios may be corrupted. Reflashing the slave vbios should fix the problem if the problem is related to a corrupted vbios. Contact evga and ask them to send you the slave vbios for your video card. EVGA should send you the vbios with instructions on how to reflash it. http://www.evga.com/about/contactus/

    As Sajin said it sounds like an issue with the slave bios. Please make sure you have your video card registered to an EVGA account and email us support@evga.com for the bios request.

    hello thankyou for your help got it sorted evga sent me most up to date one for both master and slave they say its supposed to improve memory performance
    master 86.04.50.00.70
    slave 86.04.50.01.70
