Yep, not just one but three. No more throttling with 100% fan is a good thing.

Can you re-run the tri benchmarks with the new bios and post results?

Nice! I've been waiting for someone with tri-SLI or higher to try the "Naennon"/"maarten12100" user-modded BIOS from Overclock.net...please keep us posted how things are going when all three cards are working together! Also, for those of you not in the loop, I've summarized everything (including download links) here: http://1pcent.com/?p=277. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK and YMMV...of course. :)

I can now use 100% fan speed with all three cores at 1058 without throttling at all, I can even go higher than 1058 while still using 100% fan speed again with zero throttling.

Yes i can vouch for Naennon bios prior to using this custom bios my cards would throttler all over the place from 1178 down to 1070, now with this bios its rock solid pegged on both of my cards at 1163mhz with zero dips, looping Valley for 50min and memory at 400mhz. I just used Kepler Tweaker and lowered the max power state from 1.212v to 1.187v on Naennon bios since i dont need 1.212v to run non stop and im fine with 1163mhz SLI pegged with 1.187v perfect balance.. so happy now

Nicely done! Did you flash each card individually? Any other quirks to worry about when flashing , ie, driver reinstall, stopping precision before install, precision and k boost after install? Working with Pcie 3 patch? Working with Windows 8 ? Etc

Flashed each card individually (rebooted pc after ever successful flash.), removed precision x, re-installed drivers & precision x, re-enabled k-boost.
There are so many bios versions floating around; which one did you end up flashing with?

CAxVIPER I'm just looking at my benchmarks compared to people running the custom bios and there is very little difference. if you have no throttle and good OC cards you dont need no custom bios if you can hold at least 1150 with no throttling you are good to go. Everything over is just too much Voltage for little gain in benchmarks, in real gaming you will see no difference at all. Actually im back to my stock EVGA SC bios my both cards run at 1126mhz pegged at 1.150v (default with no overvoltage) i dont really see much difference over it for extra heat and voltage my card's never go over 70c even in valley, with custom bios i could hold 1186mhz but with 1.212v and they would hit 90c on air. After all its said and done its jut not worth it, unless you are on water and i did not like the idea of running 1.212v even at 836mhz. So i would just recommend to everyone to hold on to there stock bios, gains over 1124mhz its miniscule compared to heat and excess power used for merely 50mhz or so, real gaming 1-3 FPS gain.
