So the GPU should be ok ? Do you think it could be a hard drive problem? could you tell me something about the result I got for my hard drive?:
HARD DRIVE DISK BENCHMARK RESULTS: https://s32.postimg.org/c54v007dx/HDD.png

New NVIDIA driver version installed...Same results in Fire Strike but i think are a good results..
NEW RESULTS IN TIME SPY: 2400points (2389) http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/13543854 (with new nvidia drivers)
PS: I don't know why 3DMARK says FX-8370, my cpu is FX-8370E
CPU-Z: https://s31.postimg.org/r3do1im57/CPU_Z.png
the clock of the CPU is 3.3GHz to 4.3ghz (most time 3.6GHz, but with benchmark or demanding games the clock go up to 4.3GHz)

You should invest in a nice SSD from someone like Samsung. Their 850 EVO is working very nice for me. It will be like night and day.

The problem is that: 1TB of SSD costs 280 € is a very big expense you can not afford to do, I would take maybe a ssd samsung 850 (https://www.amazon.it/Samsung-MZ-75E120BW-SATA-Nero-Grigio/dp/B00P738Z8O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1469276447&sr=8-1&keywords=850+evo+120gb)
or a 750 series: (https://www.amazon.it/Samsung-MZ-750120B-SSD-750-EVO/dp/B01AAKZRPW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1469276530&sr=8-1&keywords=750+evo+120gb) I like this too: (https://www.amazon.it/Kingston-Digital-pollici-adattatore-SKC300S37A/dp/B00CF3OF0G/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1469276537&sr=8-4&keywords=kingston+60gb)
But I think to buy a SSD only if the problem is actually the hard disk , as if it were so ' would buy an SSD for the operating system and another hard drive for games
What do you think about these results?: MY TOSHIBA 1TB HDD SATA 2 7200RPM TEST: https://s32.postimg.org/c54v007dx/HDD.png

(My pc is usually on 24/24h 7/7d)

I was looking at those results when I recommended the SSD upgrade. I never used that benchmark so I have nothing to show you for a comparison. I use AS-SSD and ATTO. Normally my HDD will only transfer around 87 Mb/sec whille my SSD transfers 550 READ and 520 WRITE speeds. Results of a RAID-0 array are in my Mods-Rigs pics if you want to see the difference.

Ok will buy a ssd soon as I can , I hope to do as soon as possible , maybe this will solve the stuttering , thank you for the great suggestion :D , however, the graph will not notice anything unusual or anything like that? if indeed the hard disk is broken could be sure without trying to replace everything xD , that's why I asked about the graph

I ran an older version and my results don't give me the same graph. I didn't feel like signing up for the trial period that's alll. Your games and everything else will load much quicker with a SSD.

Here are the results from my single Samsung 840 EVO 500 GB drive. I do have these yellow dots but they are very close to the bottom of the screenshot. I'm not sure what they mean.

I see the color code and the yellow dots are access time.

Left side is the transfer speed in MB/s (higher is better), right side is the access time in milliseconds (lower is better). The blue line is the transfer speed, yellow dots are the access time. The bottom of the graph shows the progress of the test, either in a percentage of the total drive space, or by the drive space in MB or GB.

The test results on EnigmaTon's drive look fine.

The performance of video card are incredibly incresed after installing last driver version now in GTA V completely maxed out 48 to 42fps
FANTASTIC
But now i get hard stuttering (costant stutter in my gameplay),
Why?
K-Boost enabled
Last version of driver
If i disable k-boost results not change

Testing other games,
Horrible performance in game, Perfectly fine performance in benchmarking...WHY?!
GTA V have a pretty good performance with all ultra grapichs but sometimes drop down without any reason.
Minecraft have a HORRIBLE performance when playing, only 128-130fps, sometimes it go up at 300+ but it have hardly-stuttering,
i've tried to disable v-sync, nothing changed
The evil within have a HORRIBLE performance but i think is a game optimization problem.. 25fps of avg. and 42 of max.
CS:Go have ACCEPTABLE performance but not too good for my system,
Dead by daylight have ACCEPTABLE-GOOD performance in some map it go at 40-42-47 and 50FPS, no stuttering,in other maps (2-1), instead, the framerate drop to minimum of 21 to 28 but it go up to 30.. (At ultra grapichs, but if i change the grapichs settings the results not change)
Why i've a TOP prestation on a benchmark and very worst prestation on game..
please tell me some games to test my GPU (not too heavy)

1) You consider 128-130 FPS "HORRIBLE" performance?
2) Your monitor outputs at 60 FPS.  No matter how fast your video card renders, you will only see the image update on your monitor at 60 frames per second.  Anything more than 60 FPS should NEVER be considered "HORRIBLE" performance.
3) Many games with "horrible" performance are just horrible games which cause many people to experience bad performance.

Have you tried reducing in game settings in the games that you aren't getting your preferred framerate?

Here's an example for my rig (specs in Mods Rigs link to the left) - Assassin's Creed: Syndicate, I cannot max out every in game setting and maintain >60FPS at 1080P on my HIGHLY overclocked 980 Ti. I am forced to turn down shadows and anti-aliasing to maintain >60 FPS. If I want to max out every setting in that game and maintain >60FPS, I will either have to run SLI or get a new 1080 (and the 1080 still might not be enough).

1) Yes..Because of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9VS15qL4vBc (300 to 200min. FPS using PureDBCraft + 32 Chunck + Fancy Grapichs) (I've no texture pack + 8 Chuncks and Fancy grapichs), when exploding the bomb my framerate is 3FPS his framerate is 53FPS
2) I have a 75Hz but i select usually 60Hz, if a try to use 60Hz, the results remain pratically the same (my frame rate is 120-130 to 200max, and 300 spikes up for few second ocasionally)
3) I know this

@arestavo

I tried to change game setting :(
1) But for example in The Evil Within i run this game at 25FPS but sometimes (1 time out of a hundred) without any reason the frame go up without the touching anything to 32 and 28min (i think this is caused by the game)
2) GTA V Run fine (very high-ultra grapichs, X4 MSAA, DX10.1)
3) I wanted to ask if you knew a game to test my video card , would be a test to see if the video card runs at the quality and the fps which should

Audio and video stuttering in all games. how to fix :(
Minecraft 1.8.3 250-350+ with drop down (no stuttering) at 170 and drop up to 577FPS,
No stuttering when drop down but i get audio and some video stuttering
OMG...Minecraft 1.8, 700 to 1003FPS+ with Optifine, It's beautiful, beautiful! (audio stuttering and sometimes i've video stuttering)

Exploding TNT in Minecraft is limited by your CPU and the crappy Java programming in the game.  Minecraft only uses 1 CPU core plus a little bit of a second CPU core.  So, you basically have 6.5 CPU cores doing nothing in the game and 1.5 CPU cores doing all the work.  It being a AMD CPU, those 1.5 cores which are working aren't working very fast.

2) I have a 75Hz but i select usually 60Hz, if a try to use 60Hz, the results remain pratically the same (my frame rate is 120-130 to 200max, and 300 spikes up for few second ocasionally)

Ok, fine. 75FPS then.  If your framerate is over 75 FPS, you gain no performance between 75 FPS or 130 FPS.

Re: Still Problems :(,GTX 960=LOW FPS IN ALL GAMES! 2016/07/24 02:58:34 (permalink)
Thanks for letting me clarify some things , however, I did not care yield playable game since at 75-130 was of course playable , I cared only see up to what frame my video card would be able to push.

You have any advice on how to fix audio/video stuttering?
PS: now during explosion i get 40-50FPS

 EVGA is the way better
