So this is my current screen when using the HDMI or DVI ports on my GTX 1060. The on-board graphics on the motherboard works perfectly fine. This only occurs when using the GTX 1060.

After at least a dozen restarts, I am still experiencing this red, distorted screen. Sometimes it will last for a few seconds, other times it will last up to a minute or longer. Afterwards, the screen goes dark and my monitor stops receiving signal.

Specs below:

All parts are brand new. I've tried updating drivers, and then uninstalling the drivers as well. I've also reset the BIOS. And now I'm stuck. Any helpful suggestions?

Welcome to the Forum jlin977
Being that Both Ports are doing this Return to card where you bought it from being that is all new hardware.
Where did you get this card from?

I purchased this graphics card from Amazon. However, it's been two months since I purchased it. I had issues with the original motherboard (which I bought Newegg) that I had purchased for this build. I ended up purchasing a new motherboard and just barely got around to putting this PC together today. Hence, the two month wait time.

I've submitted a ticket with EVGA, but I will also contact Amazon as well. Thanks!

Being over 60 Days I would not bother with Amazon (30 Days) and work with EVGA.
EVGA may even do a Cross RMA for you, EVGA Support is among the best.
