a nice tube chassis will work nice, much eaiser to tuck in the body and lighter. with a car that lite a ls7 or lsx crate motor will really make it scoot.

Just keep the S-curves under 60MPH........
 
IMO, Id see about finding a 327 longblock, and stroke it?

it will be a ls7 based engine destroked to 350 cubic inches.
