Interested to see what you 1080 guys can do in this benchmark. Post your scores. All resolutions & settings accepted. Really interested to see what 2-way 1080's can do at the exact same settings as my score...

Notes: Use the original game version to benchmark not the redux version.

I cannot max the graphics out in that game. not on AA, anyway. The max I can go is .2 until the FPS starts to go down. I'm wanting to see what people are getting on Pascal.

alt + mouse wheel in chrome. he gets about 135 fps in all benchmarks with 1440p, not sure if he used all 4 of his titan x's in the benchmarks or not and what they were clocked at.

    +1

I've never used that benchmark before but the min/max frame rate seems extremely disparate.

I'll have 2 FEs to test @ 3440px1440p this Friday or Saturday, depending on how quickly I can get the water cooling attached.

This is with 2xFE 1080s in SLI, hybrid water cooled and OC'd to 2061Mhz with a +300 Memory boost, power limit set to 120% but no added volts. Temperatures never exceeded 46c on either card and there's still headroom to OC more.

It's important to note that even at the lowest framerate there was never so much as a hitch. Smooth as butter, very nice.

It nets about a 20 fps increase (average fps). It's odd though, I swear it's still rendering in a 21:9 aspect. There were no deformations....as someone who has owned a 21:9 monitor for a couple of years I'm intimately familiar with what a stretched 2560x1440p resolution looks like, and that wasn't it.

But it did increase the frame rate by a good margin, so I suppose it was rendering correctly.

I suppose I should also note that I don't have the new HB SLI bridge, not sure how much of a difference that will make. It's also running on a HDD, I didn't want to install it on any of my SSDs because I already have redux on tap if I want to play 2033.

I don't think that really affects it much, but it might. Maybe I'll throw it on my Samsung 950 m.2 when I get an HB bridge and see if it makes a noticeable difference.

Thanks. Two of my x's + another dedicated to physx scored 88.62 avg fps with a 41.60 fps minimum. I wonder how much the aspect ratio is affecting the score.

Hard to say. Still, it looks like your Titans are still keeping pace with the 10xx series so far. I expect big Pascal will shake things up a bit.

I'm a VR enthusiast so I went ahead and upgraded form the 980Tis. Not a huge difference so far in 2D, but I'm getting a 20% to 35% increase in fps overall. It works quite well for VR though, for once Nvidia wasn't completely blowing smoke. I can supersample through the Oculus debug at 2.0x render per pixel and get 90 fps solidly. It's beautiful.

I also expect that performance will increase when I can unlock voltages in MSI. Right now I'm hitting a wall in Firestrike Ultra, the boost clock stays just below 2000Mhz. The HB bridge might help that too since it's 4K.

He said he has a 21:9 monitor and can run 4k. I assume he has either the acer or asus monitor that can run 100Hz and uses Gsync to cut off extra frames.

It's an Acer Predator x34, it's 3440px1440p not 4K. Firestrike Ultra runs at 4K but that's not my native resolution. The monitor is set to 100 Mhz though I don't know why it would cap a benchmark at 100 fps. It does seem rather attached to that 100 frame line...

I might have had g-sync on. It used to disengage with a clean install of video drivers but it appears to be on in this case. That would definitely skew my results.

I'll check it out tonight. I was tired last night, had just finished assembling that rig.

I might have had g-sync on. It used to disengage with a clean install of video drivers but it appears to be on in this case. That would definitely skew my results.

I'll check it out tonight. I was tired last night, had just finished assembling that rig.

    Don't forget to rebench with g-sync & v-sync off.
