Ok heres my issue. Every driver update since 347.88 makes my Main monitor go black after my desktop loads when booting and then displays my desktop on my 2nd monitor. If I unplug the hdmi from the video card of my main monitor and plug it back in it switches my desktop back to my main monitor like its supposed to. This only happens on drivers older that 347.88 . Ive tried to reinstall windows as a last resort thinking I have some sort of registry issue or driver issue and the same thing happens. what can it be?
here videos of what happens. sorry its out of focus.

Any help would be appreciated

Definitely a driver issue. I would report the issue to nvidia... you can do so here.

Ive reported the issue with NVidia "waiting on an answer" . But I have a feeling it has something to do with the monitor EDID. Its a monitor made in korea with an lg panel in it. model is "F301GD LIVE 2560x1600 30" LG S-IPS Panel LCD PC Monitor"  .
