I was also running reshade 6.0.1 with Lumasharpen & Clarity Filters Enabled. Nvidia control panel has V-Sync & G-Sync enabled. Monitor is set to 120Hz. Ultra low latency mode is set to Ultra in the nvidia control panel as well.

Ultra low latency is commonly cited as causing stuttering. What are your results with it either disabled or just 'on'?

Will post the results of both on/disabled later tonight. I don’t notice any stuttering and it feels smooth with it set to ultra.

Well I tried both on/disabled, and nothing changed at all.

    New patch results...

Performance is up due to frame gen being enabled at all times now. More frametime spikes. Hopefully the game still runs smooth while actually in game like before.

The color, clarity, and detail look really good in your pic.

You have a great system but it's good to see that the numbers are very playable at 4K for a PS5 title.
