So I had to paint it white again

Used Plastidip this time from all the recommendations from people.

Rig Before

Card in rig

Taken out

Backplate removed

The card itself

Cooler removed

Shroud separated

After painted

Fans and cooler re-attached

Stickers re-applied

Re-inserted

I still like spray paint better, but if you are new to these things, plastidip is nice

he said he used plasti dip which if an RMA was needed it should peel right off w/o messing anything up

He plasti-dips his entire mustang? >.>  I've seen people do rims (which I think looks like crap) but to each their own I guess.

Vinyl wrapped cars on the other hand can look awesome but the moment a rock hits it..

Like they said, it peels right off.
Even so, you don't lose your warranty from EVGA for doing things like this. You could ship the card back without the cooler, you would just have to pay the difference.

Even spray paint isn't that hard to remove. In the link above for when I painted my 760, I actually had to scrub it all off with paint thinner and start over because I didn't like the look originally.

Like I said, if you are new to this, use plastidip. It is very forgiving.
Plus, it is cheaper than spraypaint, go figure.

I like what you have done to your card!

I do wish EVGA had color for the cards. I really like the looks of the MSI cards with the red scheme etc..
