I have a large scene in Blender and it still seams to be running slow and freezing. I dont believe i should be having an issue. Maybe its a driver issue... i will try another driver... is it ok to just update or should i clean install...what is the best program to uninstall graphic card drivers?

Do #2 here every time you change drivers.

I figured out what the issue is... the GTX 780 ti doesn't have enough memory for my scene in Blender 3D.  After playing around with it, Blender finally threw a code saying Out of Memory.  Others on the BlenderArtists.org forum confirmed it.  My scene was up to 14million Verts / 11million Faces / 13million Tris.... so I eliminated objects that would be out of camera view and saved 3.5million... grass and shrubs really eat up memory.  I'm taking other steps to make it easier to work in the scene.  The card seams to work good in scenes around 6million Verts but I don't know where the breaking point is.  I'm around 10million Verts right now and still have issues... Anyway I'll just have to work around the issue.
Thanks for the help!

Update... I shrunk my scene down to 6million Verts and now I can work in a split screen with one screen on Rendered Preview and I don't have any issues at all.  So from my experience getting a graphics card with the most memory is more important then speed when working in a 3D program with a large scene.  When I started having huge issues my file size was 1.5g... now its down to 705mb and all is well which is about 1/4th the size of the memory of the card.
Anyway,,, thanks for all the help and I hope my info helps someone in the future.
