EVGA posted the promotion March 2nd time frame. I am guessing that is when the promotion began, but I don’t see a ton of detail for this promo.

if you already have an accessory in your cart, you will not be given the option to get a second one for free. you will have to buy the other one and there is no need to worry, the free one will NOT be the cheapest. I know because I just bought the EVGA rtx 2070 super FTW3 ultra+ with the Powerlink ($24.99, FTW3 shield ($29.99 and white trim kit ($14.99) and I got the sheld kit for free.

My 2070 ftw3 ultra+ is arriving today via step up. Since step up, is still paying full price for the card, I would think I would be eligible for this but was never offered the option.
Is there a way I can claim this? I stepped up, but I still paid the same $600 everyone else did (more if you count the extra shipping, but I don't. im happy to pay to upgrade I was a lot less happy with the 2060 than I thought I would be)

Every step up says “can not be combined with other offers” so this would not be eligible through the step up program unless it was specifically listed as an option. You may have “paid full price” but that also means you got to use another card for free, less the shipping costs. www.evga.com/stepup
The EVGA Step-Up cannot be combined with any other promotions or coupons.
As this would be a promotion, it will not qualify.
