I've noticed that there are older posts about this issue, but since it's already 2024, I think RMA is out of the question... So, symptoms: -Won't boost over 1350Mhz -Perfcap stuck at Idle -Voltage stuck at ~0.7v -Unable to adjust core speed, higher or lower. For me, this doesn't cause any crashes when trying to adjust. -Power target showing 0, cannot move the slider. -Multiple different BIOS flashed, but no luck (this is the last BIOS I tried: 90.02.30.00.62) -Multiple DDU runs and driver re-installs (552.22) Usually after this, cards have been sent for RMA, but I doubt EVGA is anymore willing to help me out here. Any help from you guys?

You could try uninstalling PX1 or AB, whichever you're using. Then reinstall the latest driver. Never install a graphics driver with PX1 or AB running. Just an FYI. Now do some testing with only GPU-Z running to monitor the GPU. If clocks are boosting correctly, then reinstall PX1 or AB and test again. See if that fixes things for you...

I've removed all overclocking software since and have tried to remove all drivers with DDU with fresh driver re-install, but the problem persists, during 3DMark, GPU stays in "Idle" perfcap with 1350Mhz core clock. Also wattage readings are missing, same things happening as in the old GamersNexus video, except crashing when trying to OC.

That's not good. Have you tried moving the vBIOS switch to a different position just to see? If you do try moving the vBIOS switch and the PC is running, make sure to reboot for it to take effect.

I believe the model I have doesn't have any bios switches. The model is XC Ultra.

That's a bummer. I'm out of idea's here other than to contact EVGA to see if they have any idea's. Maybe refer them to this thread. I assume you're past the 3 yr warranty?

Enter a valid serial number to check the warranty status of the product This tool checks the warranty status based on the ship date from EVGA* that type of issue usually happened if you updated Nvidia driver with your GPU OC software running / auto restarting with reboot What do you see in GPU-Z under sensor load with a active load on GPU? Just a few suggestions on your trouble shooting: 1) Make sure MB BIOS has fast boot = Off 2) Shut down Windows HOLD the Shift key Down, then select shutdown for Windows --> Keep the shift key down until the PC is fully powered down ... this prevents Windows on restart from starting by loading "last good configuration file" .... Make Windows take inventory of all Hardware & Drivers on next Startup. test in a different PCIe slot reseat all PSU cables & confirm they are locked & use two separate cable one for each GPU power socket Do you have additional PCIe power cables that came with your PSU - switch out to different ones Restart in Safe Mode, Reload OS or test in a second PC

Hi! Thanks for the reply! The card is out of warranty, I'm the second owner. GPU load seems to work as it should, 0 when at desktop, when running 3DMark it rises to 100%. I'll try your suggestions and report back! (also I'm unable to control the RGB in any way, blue light on 24/7)

If you still can't get it sorted, there might be someone on the TechpowerUp forum who is able to assist you with coming up with a BIOS mod to bandaid it. https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/forums/nvidia-gpus.59/A number of people are relatively active there with software to mod BIOS to "fix" what is otherwise e-waste.

Okay now I tested everything else but another PC and another PCI-E slot, as my mobo doens't have any more than 1 PCI-E slot. No luck.
