I sadly i have keep my a Z20 Keyboars. All lightning Effect in Preset does not work anymore. I have update Firmware to 1.28 and the unleashRGB to the last one. I have reset the factory settings. Noting helped.
All Keyboard Lights are off. I can config what ever i want in unleashRGB - Lightning Effect - Preset with Static On or other , like red or something else, but all Keycap lights are allways off. 
Unter "unleashRGB - Lightning Effect - Custom " i can set the color of the keycaps and the led light up right.
Any good advice to get the light back under "Lighting Effect - Preset"?

History . The keyboard works with the setting 6 month. Then suddenly yesterday the keyboard light went off. I sat in front of the keyboard the hole time. I  changed the Profile with "FN + 1- 9" to an other configured Profile, but no keycap light.
 
Settings now ,i cant remeber the old on because i have reset the settings.
 
TOF = "on or off",  Time = 0S , None
Leaving = Time = 10s  , dark
Distance = 120 cm 
These setting should do in TOF = on ." after leaving the 120cm area the led lights for 10sec and then they go dark. or?
 
 
If i have "TOF = 0ff" = i have light. If i change to "TOF = on" and push the "Apply Button", i have immediately no light
 
 
Can i use TOF only in the mode "Lighting Effect - Preset" and not in the mode "Lighting Effect - Custom"?
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

i had a similar problem, i was able to fix my RGB lights to show again by using the FN+ 1-0 keys.  example: key + 1  or FN+2 or "FN and 3" or "FN and 4"... in other words holding down the FN key when then pushing a number key on the top of the keyboard (not the ones on the side).
