z170 classified k new build issue

so I just out my motherboard from a Asus z170 to the evga z170 classified k and swapped my gtx 970 with a 1080 hybrid and I can't get past bios now to windows I have tried using the windows install disc but it just sits at a black screen and I'm getting a cmos checksome error can anyone help
my pc specs
i7 6700k
power is a Rm1000i
gtx 1080
4x patriot viper mem 2133 MHz 8 GB
3x st2000 hhd
mobo evga z170 classified k

    It just goes to bios if I hit f1

    Load optimized defaults when inside the bios then save and exit. See what happens after doing that.

    What is the debug led reading when at the black screen? Is the motherboard bios up to date?

    its on 18 and yes the bios is ver 1.04

    Try booting with only one stick of ram.

    Same error on debug led? If yes, try a different ram stick in a different ram slot.

    swaped the mem now the led is 19

    If testing each ram slot individually doesn't get you anywhere try the following...

    #1 Try booting off secondary bios.
    #2 Try booting off igpu with your 1080 completely removed from the system.
    #3 Buy/test some known compatible ram that works with the board... http://www.evga.com/support/motherboard/

    I would also suggest checking the cpu socket for bent pins.
