I just want to start off by saying I love EVGA. I try to buy EVGA whenever possible as I have never had a problem with any of their products...till now. My awesome and very much loved GTX 295 CO-OP Superclocked tragically passed away. It worked great for the last 6-7 years so I am very satisfied with it. I have the lifetime warranty and so far it has been a great experience. I called the toll free number and had the RMA setup in a few minutes. So far so good. I have it all packed up and it will be shipping out Tuesday via priroity mail so they should have it by Friday. I wonder how long it will take to get back? Anyone have any experience with this?

    Generally the turnaround time depends on where you are. It looks like you're on the east coast, which means once we get the card it will be 1-3 business days for processing and another 5-6 business days for shipping.

    So , if they get it on Friday -- they might ship out the replacement on Wednesday or Thursday.  You probably should not count the day they receive the card as day one - rather the next business day is day one.

    UPDATE: There was a minor issue, but it was quickly handled by Jason and I could not be happier. Just received my new GTX 960 SSC and EVGA T-shirt. Super service with blazing fast turn around time. EVGA has always been and will continue to be my first choice when buying computer gear. Thanks Jason!!!!!!!
