AnsweredStutter/Skipping lag in-game? Weirdest lag ever seen in games.. NEED HELP!!

First of all, thanks for taking your time to read this, it means a lot to me. I hope you can help aswel, I heard the ppl on here are pretty sharp ones :p

So pretty much what's happening to this guy is what's happening to me:

You may notice the type of frame skipping lag type of thing... I asked this guy how he got it fixed and he said I just had to reboot my system each time it booted up, and it works! But it's a pain in the arse to reboot your system after every boot, and it's not healthy for the system aswell...

I don't know what causes it or how to fix it, so that's why I post this thread.
 
And it's prob not my specs.

What operating system are you using? Is it a 32 bit or 64bit operating system?

Try enabling hpet. Open command prompt and type "bcdedit /set useplatformclock true" without the quotes then shutdown your computer and restart it to see if the problem is fixed.

I'm running Windows 7 64-bit and I'll try the "bcdedit /set useplatformclock true" right away.

Try enabling hpet. Open command prompt and type "bcdedit /set useplatformclock true" without the quotes then shutdown your computer and restart it to see if the problem is fixed.
