I bought a GTX570 HD 2.5G memory GDDR5 from someone yesterday for a good price but
I got this black screen issue.(I know old thread issues still no fixes and now the modern cards have somewhat the same black screen issue)
still didnt find a solution I hope someone has a bios for my type of card Rev 2.0 version.
It occurs when trying to load the final state of the power level, I managed to downclock it to 600 Core clock at first.
If kept at the default clock of 732@0.988mV it will not even last 5 seconds while watching a movie or playing a game.
While testing the precision of error I got to core clock with a game seems a bit stable wich lasts longer as 5-10 minutes of the power level state and gives me slightly under 20Gpixel/s a 19.3Gpixel fillrate.
While testing at clock wich would give me a pixelfillrate of 20Gpixel/S the monitor falls off first without power and soon keyboard freezes and system hangs.
I have tried looking what it could be the cause of this from different forums on the internet.
I have checked ;
psu - I got 600 watt pro xstream mod OCZ - so should be able to handle the 2.5G 570.
card temperature - doesnt even go past 60 degrees celcius.
drivers 350.12 nvidia - Havent tried others drivers yet
setting to max performance power managment in nvidia control panel is even worse / best kept at adaptive state for this card of mine.
Is there something broken with the capacitors of the powerinjection for the powerlevel state of the card
when downclocked seems stable but still 132 Mhz under default reference clocks @ 22Gpixel/s.
Wanted to overclock the card but I cant even leave it at default how is this possible.
I know there is a limiter on as it has 32 cuda cores changed from the 580 maybe thats the mistake , that limiter has somehow limited more as needed.
Now the question is can Evga members help me with a bios to somehow make this card pass this issue IF what I think it would be this limit conflict.
Or any other person can try and help me with what can be wrong.
