Download it again and try again. When you download it, click Save instead of Run. Once you download it to a known location, then open it manually from that location. The problem you are having is that the temporary download file is going missing.

No luck with sugestion but in Temp there emerge a map when trying to install EVGA precisionx 16 and after the setup is closed
    the temp map is gone.

    What are you doing!?

What is your operating system?  Which browser are you using?  When was the last time you restarted your computer?  Are you saving the Precision install file to a folder your user account has permission to access?

Win 8.1 64 bits see first post used IE and Firefox.Installed MSI afterburner and works perfect.
Thanks for the help and now I'm going to install Win 8.1 fresh.
It has gone wrong when trying to upgrade from version 5.2.6 to 5.2.7.

I'd try version 4.2.1 and see what happens. Reinstalling is a lot of trouble to go threw.

4.2.1 is a bit dated now. I would suggest using msi afterburner.

Yes i know but it's only to see if it was possible to install. As soon as I installed 4.2.1(It works) it ask for update to 5.2.7 and again
it gave me the error 1305 etc.So this is a very strange problem but MSI afterburner is a nice alternative.
I have tried difference options but it goose wrong when it's trying to write  it to the windows temp map.
