Neat. I was wondering if this would come out.

How much power does it use though?

Glance at the product page chart. It shows 75w (all the pci Lane can provide).

All 095* part numbers show no 6 pin and 75w power.

Here are a few links to look through:
    http://www.evga.com/articles/00990/evga-geforce-gtx-950-low-power/
    http://www.evga.com/Products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=44B3E045-8A15-46B2-90E6-741DB6672D45
    http://www.evga.com/Products/Specs/GPU.aspx?pn=70761DE9-2997-423B-AAC8-F2E800A2465C

    What we can guess is:
The bottom 4 without 6-pin power connector use 75 watts or less.
The top 4 with 6-pin power connector use 75 watts or more.
The bottom 4 and top 4 use slightly different amounts of power, but still are in the same ball park (based on same PSU recommendation).
So, all 8 use somewhere around 75 watts of power.

EDIT: Scarlet provided a much better response.

If it is hitting the 75W power limits at 1100MHz (for the low-power versions), what purpose does a SC version serve for those cards?

See the chart here. All of the cards which have NO under the 6 pin column can achieve the speeds shown. As you can see the SC cards can achieve higher clocks:

Any benchmarks on 1440P, and the no-6pin(ext power) 950 LP's? And Vulcan\Linux\Native Vulcan games benchmarks as well? If there is any native linux/vulcan games?

In the chart in post number 7 I saw two of the single 6 pin power models on Newegg but the models requiring no PCI-E power connectors are not yet listed

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA
