I started overclocking my GT 430 with EVGA Preccsion and used EVGA OC scanner to check for artifacts

I read on tomshardware.com that they were able to overclock the asus gt 430 to 850/1700/900 MHz (core/shader/memory)

I only got to 790/1580/730, my max temp was 82C and room temp is 20C, I feel like I should have been able to get the memory to a higher speed.

Has any one else got better results out of the GT 430?

    My core clock =835
    My shader clock =1670
    My memory clock = 840

TIP: Modify your fan speed if you want to use the same settings !

Each video card has a personality and as a result some cards will clock higher than others

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Necromancing for updated rules on OCing these

    Default Settings for EVGA GT430:
    700/700("1400 Effective Memory Clock")
    GPU("core")/Memory

I was able to achieve 825/840
    Temps around 80C

PrecisionX Now requires you to set clock offsets instead of flat speeds.

    My clock offsets:
    125+/140+

Now if I could only find a cheap enough way to cool this $40 card.
