Hello,
 
I really don't want to spam the forum with this issue but it's getting pretty ridiculous. I tried to order G2/P2 Black Power Supply Cable Set from the EU store on November 11. My PayPal was charged but the order was not created on EVGA's website (I got a server error when PayPal directed me back). I immediately wrote a support ticket which is nowhere to be found and was not answered. After waiting a few days even though the ticket system claimed a response was due in 1-2 business days (I realize people in support are usually very busy) I wrote in this thread - http://forums.evga.com/EVGA-charged-me-yet-never-accepted-my-order-m2249566.aspx because I saw two people there having similar issues and getting them resolved by EVGA's staff. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky. So I started a dispute on PayPal. 
 

 
It hasn't been answered either.
I became EVGA's customer this year because I read great stuff about your customer service. Suffice to say I am seeing none of it.

    So to close off the thread, I just received the cables and yes they are not the right ones.
     

     
    If the picture is not clear enough these are red ones and not black. At this point I feel I spent enough time for this order and I am not going through an RMA (and I am afraid I might receive a hamster instead of cables next time). I guess these will fit my red G.Skills at least ...
     
    Anyway, I'd recommend taking a hard look at the EU store because I can't say I am impressed.

    Sorry to hear this.  Would you mind copying posting the model number from your receipt/order on EU.EVGA.COM, so they can see that you ordered the right one (no personal information of course).  They may try to make amends, which I really hope they do.  Sorry for all of the frustrations.

    Please, have in mind that this is not the original order as that one never got created as mentioned in my first post. This one has been created from EVGA's staff because of this thread. It still looks correct though so it's a mistake by the guy that was handling it. He also wrote my billing address as my shipping address so I had to redirect the courier yesterday but that's a minor gripe.

    Hopefully they will see this. It clearly says black and the cables clearly are not black at all. Again, sorry you are going through the frustrations.

    Wow, I didn't expect that. Now I feel bad for the hamster comment. My apologies for that, it was unwarranted.

    Let us know in this thread when you receive the new set if they are the correct ones.

    It happen these cables are not more than 10e to send them back in Germany and they could send you black fast.
    Sometimes they mix package, I remind because of that for PSU cable to be for EU, just in case to avoid UK power cord or...
     
    Now black cables will arrive and you will connect your 1200 P2 with GTX780Ti Classified and everything will be fine.

    Yes, I got the right ones now. It's been a bit bumpy but the system will look sick in the end so it was worth it.
