Hi i bought a sleeved cable set from your store and you charged me on paypal but i have nothing in my order history and i haven't heard anything from customer service. When i checked out after the paypal page it took me to the confirm screen. When i pressed confirm i was then i was taken to an error page. Any idea if someone from EVGA could help me? Thanks

Glad EVGA is another company with no European customer service. It can't be that hard to ask for the transaction ID and then just to send me the stuff i already paid for.

If you went to the confirm page, hit it and it errored out then you most likely didn't get charged. You checked your account to see if a charge went through?

Yup i checked both my card and on paypal and i have been charged.
I got the error screen after the paaypal paying screen. It takes you to another confirmation screen on EVGA and that was the screen that gave me the error.

I was trying to contact the support via email since yesterday but no response so far. If they have not sent the cables yet, I will have to wait until monday which is very incovenient for me right now. I am too in Europe.

They got back to me and had to create an order for me and I guess they will have to do it for you too. I was told it should be shipped today but it hasn't just stuck on waiting to process but not that big of a deal. Markus was helpful hopefully he sees this post soon so he can help you.

Yea, I hope someone from the support here can help as I don't want to go through the PayPal refund process. So far pretty happy with EVGA but they have to do something about their European store...

I cropped this(hide transaction id) i paid for five items in my cart through paypal payment done and this comes your payment to evga is pending but i got transaction id there is nothing in my order history i am worried as its my savings plz help ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
