Hi, I'm building my first PC and I'm kind of having a bad time with EVGA power supplies at the moment. I originally had the same power supply 2 weeks ago before purchasing a new one because I assumed the other one was dead. But now I'm having the same problem as before. I connect the motherboard 24 pin cable to the power supply, then connect the test 24 pin to it, plug the power supply into the wall with eco mode turned off, turn on power supply, and nothing happens at all. Eco mode is off and I've tried multiple different wall outlets and the same thing happens every time. It's extremely frustrating since it's my first PC build, so any response what so ever is appreciated!

Both of the PSU's had the same problem. And I didn't use the same cable for both. old cable for old psu and new cable for the new psu. 

Yep, tried that as well just to make sure.

You used another new AC power cable too huh?..And another new 24-pin tester?..If yes/yes, call EVGA support..Highly unusual you'd get two bad units in a row though.

I am having the exact same issue currently with the same model and wattage psu. Only built the PC a few weeks ago, all was working fine until monday eve when i tried to turn on my and it came on (leds fans evthingg etc.) for about a second and the turned off. disassembled everything an did an out of the box build with only the few relevant components and same thing. Used the tester and got the same behaviour, fan came on for about a second then off.
