This is a Low Noise BIOS update for the 02G-P4-2762-XX SKU from EVGA Tech Support.
I have permission from one of the forum mods to post this.

Low Noise BIOS Download - Extract the zip archive, run the executable and then restart your computer
02G-P4-2762 Stock BIOS and other relevant files
 
Changelist (v80.04.EA.00.60):
  • Idle RPM = 900RPM (Stock RPM was 1650)
  • Up to 100% Fanspeed Unlocked
  • New UEFI Cert., Build Date: 4/1/2014

    DISCLAIMER, This is only official in the sense that it came from EVGA, it has not been publicly released.  So if your video card blows up and your cat dies neither me nor EVGA is responsible!
