Interesting. No idea this one was coming out. They had a 4k gsync panel at a show here a few months ago, and that is the only one I knew about.

Eh, 27" at 1920x1080 is too big. It needs to be 1440p.
My 23" 1080p monitor is honestly a little too big for its resolution.
You will marvel at how large the pixels are.

Yah acer disclosed a little bit about after the 4k Gsync, the 4K took all the attention I think. After driving the swift with SLI titants I'm sticking with 1080p for single card setups. Now I'll be Gsync enabled across the board. Home, work, 2nd home.

I'm running a 24" Asus\Gsync and ran a 120hz 27" acer 1080. Both Look great to me still. Aslo running the ROG swift (2560x1440) I can really see the difference with that res. I don't mind running 1080 at all.

I don't mind 1080 still looks good to me. Good enough for gaming. It def aint the Swift but it will do for a single card rig

http://youtu.be/FRvUwji5QGw here's some titan fall on the ROG swift at 2560x1440 Gsync running and a custom SLI profile I made. Works ok. Not as good as it could be but ok. I use to run 1080p on a 42" LG HD tv. So I'm still good with 1080 at 27"

Ouch. I tried using a 32" 1080P samsung for my main monitor for a few days. I hated it. The pixels were absolutely massive. Lol.

Not bad at all. I'm sure prices will go down further once Gsync is wide spreed and OEM's have more supply.

I agree with all you. I def notice pixels when running 1080 on a 42" HDTV, I can live with 1080 on 27" no problem especially when it's being driven by a single card.
