Please understand that this is an angry rant about the quality of the parts being used by EVGA.  Since November of last year I have had one card right after the other fail.  The latest card I have was shipped to me brand new from EVGA.  But now, only a couple of months into lifetime the fan is starting to make odd noises.  Vibration sounds, surging with a buzzing whiz.  At first I thought it was just a loose cover or something on the case, but no. I was able to find it pretty quick. The card.  I haven't taken the card out to see what is what yet.  I am so disgusted at the moment with it that I first came here to drop an angry Forum Post.  Sorry guys, but seriously!  Even a new card has faulty parts now?  This begs to question, who is your vender?

Edit-
Perhaps the vender got bad parts from thier supplier or something.  The card is performing as advertised and I really like the card.  The sudden onset of the fan noise took me by surprise and given how many times such an issue has come up, it simply took the breath out of me. I apologize to EVGA for the use of less than calm language.  I wasn't mad at EVGA, but rather the parts being used in their products.  EVGA has stood behind the warranty and been great to me as a customer. Thank you.

    CNCRaymond,

I'm very sorry to hear that you have had so much trouble with your products.   I can assure you that EVGA does use quality parts. Though we don't quite understand why the products that are 100% tested for the issues you notate are then failing later, we do understand the frustration that you are having we are definitely here to support you and can offer to replace your product as covered under warranty.  To recap on your previous RMA's, in the past we have offered different models for replacement and have tested each one thoroughly in an effort to support you.  I will reach out to you shortly so we can help you further.

    Regards,

Thanks Jayson.  The fan seems to have a vibration issue when it ramps up under load when playing a game like STO or minecraft. Otherwise its very quite.  The sound only occurs when the cards fan speed increases. I don't know if it is a loose shroud or a bushing issue however, as long as it doesn't affect the card, I can live with it.  I am very please with the card and its performance. If the fan does fail or becomes unbearably loud, I would be happy to chat with you then. However right now, I can live with it.  I do appreciate ALL that EVGA has done and am just out of breath right now.  Just out of breath.  The card is performing fine and the temps are stable.  I have been watching them.  So the vibration/chirping sound doesn't appear to be causing any issues with the card itself. However, if that does change, I would appreciate any and all help from EVGA.

The card performance is great and she is stable in all my games and apps.  I love the card and don't want to change it out unless absolutely necessary.  I am sure you understand.    Just sucked the wind out of me when that noise started in is all.

    Edit - spelling error.

I apologize.  Thank your for removing the less than casual wording.   It was an unfortunate knee jerk reaction on my part.
