970 SSC Intermittent Driver Crash

My 970 SSC occasionally has a driver crash when playing games. I've noticed nothing out of the ordinary in GPU-Z at the time of the crash, and the system doesn't need hard resetting or anything.
 
I'm able to run benchmarks for hours without issues, its just the occasional annoying crash in games like Warframe and Rocket League.
 
I've tried a clean instlal via DDU, and things did improve when I upgraded to Windows 10. Is this an ongoing driver issue or is something up with my card?

    What are your full system specs? Try doing #1 & #2 & #3 listed here to see if it helps resolve the issue.
