970 FTW Plug in

so im plugging in my 970 FTW and for some reason it looks like it requires 2, 6 pins but it's kind of confusing.

    Hello and welcome to the forum. Yes, it requires two 6 pin PCIe power plugs. What is confusing?

    It does require two 6-pins.

    2 plugs on high end cards for a long time  some 2- 6's  some one 6 one 8 , Got to have power

    If the card has 2 6-pin PCIe power plugs then it requires them.

    Need to plug the two 6pins in to run or it wont work at all. I have two 970 GTX FTW 2978

    In case it hasn't been mentioned, you'll need to plug in both 6-pins for the card to run.  

    6012mhz on L/N2 
    5321mhz on L/N2
    5091mhz on air
