1070 Drivers Incompatible with Windows 10 Pro

I'm not a big Computer Savvy person, I had a Computer Built for me,
and got the EVGA GTX 1070 Graphics card, and Am attempting to set everything up,
 
The CD Driver I received I tried to install, It stated that the Drivers are incompatible with my version of windows,
Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit
 
So I tried the website, Downloaded the latest drivers for windows 10 64 bit.
 
Still incompatible.
 
Any ideas of what to do next?

    Well I updated my windows 10, apparently was using an older version.
     
    Good News: I'm no longer "Incompatible"
    Bad News: The Driver just fails mid install.

    Try doing #2 listed here to see if it helps fix your problem.

    Problem Solved, Drivers Updated.
     
    I feel silly.....Antivirus....
    forgot to disable it.
