I'm having a blast with this new game. It's been a while since I played a realistic shooter type game.  The healing aspects are pretty cool and the enemy engagements are pretty intense.  If you die on the field, you will lose your equipped gear.  I know that sounds horrible, but it actually adds to the tension of firefights and enemy encounters.  Plus, you can re-stock relatively quickly at home base if you have money and loot the bodies of enemies you kill.  It's in the early access phase so there are some performance issues and crashes, but not enough to make me not enjoy the game.  
I highly recommend if you're into a realistic military shooter.
