PC starts but screen is black and mobo displays d6 and 5 beeps

My mobo is an EVGA z370 FTW

I think the psu might be failing but not sure?

I'm not sure exactly what the codes mean.

Both the gpu and cpu are pretty new. I built the pc in 2018 though.

Also it displays A0 after it's done with the d6 and beeps.
I did try to reset the bios.

D6 is gpu/keyboard not detected. The beeps could also be how many usb devices you have plugged in. A0 may mean it's going into the bios. You using a riser cable? 
 
 

 
Looks like it's working now
 
I took out my gpu and windows started with cpu integrated graphics. Then I put the gpu back in and it starts fine now.
 
I guess maybe a cable was loose or something?
