If you are worried about it not fitting in the top of the Phanteks case, it will be fine. That being said as someone that has owned that case I would not recommend using it.

The case is HUGE in physical size, but really does not have a lot of usable room amongst other issues... First, the backside of the case is so small I didn’t have enough room for all of my power cables. Second, the lower portion of the case is so narrow that you will almost always have to use ‘slim edition’ radiators or they want fit. Third, due to the way the case is designed the airflow is highly restricted.

There are much better cases that can be had... especially if you are just doing a single 240.

On a side note if you still want to use the case let me know I have one I would be happy to sell you.

I am kinda partial to Lian Li. A 360 rad will fit in most cases, I would just shop around and check out reviews.

Brands that I would recommend sticking with..
    - LianLi
    - Phanteks
    - Be Quiet
    - Fractal Design

Just have to keep in mind that every company makes good cases and bad cases, have to do some research online and see what you can find.

That AIO looks like it doesn't have a USB cable or software to control fan speeds based on liquid temperature. This will result in the fans ramping up and down based on CPU temperature. It won't host a consistent RPM that slowly ramps up as the coolant heats up.
