if you look at the specs of that psu it only 408w at the 12v + [37amps ] depending on what 980 ti you got like mine is a 275w card that is 22amps alone at ful load draw . some 980ti cards are set in the bios to go as high as 400w like zotac and I think the real classy 980ti from evga

thing that gets you is sustained load draw on a small unit like during long term gamming that unit will more then likely get kinda hot trying to hold up then it degrades as it heats up and starts to fail / fall off quick / crash / issues
why you see in psu test reviews the hot test , not to say I know better or whats best but for my primary gamming rigs I cant see going below a well built solid all jap cap 750w .
you see like at toms guys saying a 550w if all you need then you see guys with the old my system crashes under load or wile I game then get told there 550w psu is not enough [from the same guys ] lol.....
in the end it better to error to more then you need then to find you don't got enough and looking to rebuy another psu .. the PSU in my opinion is your builds hart and life blood , everything in the build depends on it for full sustained clean strong power to run optimal and peak performance .
that's one part I cant see going cheap or low amps on in any way out side of light office use or grannies e-mail household computer
anyway it may hold up , but?????? all you can di is hook it up and run it and see if at any time things don't get buggy ??
good luck
woops I forgot that zotac 980 ti example [for fun I thought atx standered power was just 375w ?? 75w slot 150w x 2 8pin = 375w max ?? ]
